The launch of the annual festival of the Institute of Design – REDO commenced with the introduction of the Visual Identity/Logo that was designed by the communication design students of the 2017 batch.
The event named REDO symbolises multiple iterations that students undergo while doing any studio assignment. The REDO word also suggests an urge to repeat the fun, euphoria and entertainment experienced in the students’ festival.
The event began with the screening of an animated logo in the disruptive studio where the students and faculty members had gathered. The event was a celebration of the hard work and creativity that went into designing the new logo. This generated a lot of excitement and enthusiasm around the REDO Fest. The committees were formed during the event to undertake and manage various activities of the event.
